Through the support of our generous donors and community partners, RPO, Inc. has managed to make a direct impact on families and the educational advancement of over 100 young people. Therefore, RPO, Inc. seeks to strengthen its impact by increasing opportunities to families and the number of college scholarships awarded. Through the solicitation of financial support for the planning and execution of programs, the Board of Directors seeks the support of its membership, business partners and community at-large.

Debutante Scholarship and Cotillion Program
The RPO, Inc., Debutante Cotillion and Scholarship Program, hosted in partnership with the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Rho Psi Omega Chapter, is focused on providing young ladies, in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg community, with the tools necessary to be productive leaders.
RPO, Inc. is dedicated to being purpose driven. We do so by partnering with various organizations throughout the Charlotte Mecklenburg Community to provide programs, develop relationships and empower communities one person, one child, one family at a time.
